Duplicate or incorrect transactions
If you believe a transaction was duplicated, entered incorrectly or not recognised, email donorservice@hopehumanityindia.org as soon as possible. Include your name, transaction date, amount and payment reference, but never send card PINs, passwords or one-time codes.
How requests are reviewed
The Hope Humanity team will review the transaction information and, when needed, coordinate with the relevant payment provider. The available resolution depends on the circumstances and the payment provider’s rules.

For receipts or current statutory documentation, contact the donor services team using the email above and keep your transaction reference available.
